It's Been Awhile

I got the chance to run alone this morning. I forget how therapudic an Ipod, a pair of running shoes and 10 miles of road can be. No one to talk to, just time to listen and think while doing one of my favorite things. I'm not kidding when I say that I'd choose a 10 mile morning run over a morning alone in the house. Does that make me sick?
