Pre-Christmas Celebrating

We've been busy doing lots of things to get ready for Christmas. The boys and I spent an evening with Jonas' best bud Xavi roasting hot dogs and s'mores in the fireplace and then decorated cookies. The boys had a blast and love playing with Xavi.

Yesterday we packed into the car and made the trek up to Arroyo Grande to visit with Woody's Grandma, Aunt, and more family. It's a 4 1/2 hour drive one way. We left at 6 and got home at 10:30. The boys did great on the road. Watched their portable DVD players there and slept the whole way home. We loved seeing family we hadn't seen in a few years and met Ian and Claire....the two newest additions. The weather was great, which was nice considering we had just had the biggest rain storm in years!Climbing trees

And presents! Yes, this is a smile for the camera.

Looking forward to spending Christmas at home with our family! Michelle, Rick and Olivia are here and we love when we get to see them.

Merry Christmas everyone!
